Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Real Vibes Bali! By booking a tour with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
   
• A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before your tour date.
   
• Prices are quoted in IDR and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   

• Cancellations made 4 or more days before the tour date will receive a full refund (minus any bank/transaction fees).
   
• Cancellations made within 1 day of the tour date are non-refundable.
   
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
   
• If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
   

• Changes to your booking may be made up to 1 day before the tour date, subject to availability.
   
• Any changes after this time may incur an additional fee.
   

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and lost property. 

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in activities.
   
• You must follow all instructions given by our guides for your safety.
   
• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions or due to your own negligence.
   

• Real Vibes Bali will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the tour, except where required by law.
   
• We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, political events, or other factors beyond our control.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

By participating in our tours, you consent to us using any photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
